The audit includes an office research and analysis as well as an exploratory mission in the defined agglomeration.

1 Definition of specifications in partnership with the administrative departments concerned.

2 Analysis of official data on the population (social segmentation, growth, culture, etc.)

3 Urban Development Analysis - Cartography.

4 Analysis of development projects undertaken by the State that will influence urban development.
